Our Return Policy

How It Works

We hope that you will be delighted with your order.

If for any reason you would like to return your items, simply contact us within 7 working days of receipt, to arrange their return.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised clothing and/or product, as these are made to order. Please check the size charts before ordering and make sure that the message you want is correctly spelled.

For instructions on how to return items please contact us via email at unboxing.aurora@gmail.com.

DELAYS 
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. Please order in plenty of time. Delivery upgrades are available.

MISSING ITEMS 
In the unusual event of your order not arriving, we will of course offer a full refund. Your order will be deemed lost in transit after 15 working days have passed (25 days for deliveries outside Cyprus). If your order arrives within this time, you are required to return it before a refund will be processed.

POSTAGE 
Return postage will only be refunded in the case of damaged, or faulty items. Please include the receipt for the return delivery charge within the package or scan and email us a copy to unboxing.aurora@gmail.com.

CONDITION 
Please note we can only accept the return of items in an unused and saleable condition, exactly how they were received. Unless the items are being returned due to damage, fault or receipt of items not ordered.

EXCHANGES 
If you would like to exchange your products for something else, please contact us to arrange. New items will only be sent out once the original item has been received back. We will cover the postage cost of one exchange, but not subsequent exchanges.

RETURNS 
If you are not happy with your order, or it has arrived after your event, you may return the items to us for refund, providing you do so within 14 days of receiving the items (Please note that personilised products cannot be refunded, unless faulty).

We require receipt of the returned items before we will process a refund. Please get proof of postage when you return your item, as we are in no way responsible for items not arriving. back with us.

We do not cover return postage costs unless the items is faulty, damaged or not ordered.

REFUNDS 
Refunds will only be processed when one of these conditions is met:

a) The item has been returned to us and received in a saleable condition.

b) a damaged or faulty item has been returned to us and received.

c) a missing item has not arrived with you, the customer, and 15 working days have passed.

Please note – we do not refund orders that have not arrived by a specific date if you did not upgrade your order to a guaranteed method, nor personalised products. Always order in plenty of time.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS 
We always require any damaged or faulty goods back before we can process a refund. Please take pictures of any damage and email these to us, we can then notify you of next steps.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Any refunds will be made within 15 days from notification to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions.

How It Works

Our delivery policy details our commitment to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Our delivery policy and upgrade options are detailed below.

FREE DELIVERY

We are please to offer free standard delivery on all orders over €70. 
This is shipped with Cyprus Post and typically takes 3-5 days.


FAST DISPATCH

We typically dispatch your order the same day (mon-fri) when placed by 1:00pm.
Please note, personalised items will take 2-3 extra days to dispatch. Clothing takes an extra 5 days to dispatch as it is made to order. 
You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

Dispatch emails can occasionally end up in junk mail folders.


DELIVERY METHODS

All orders are shipped from Cyprus via Cyprus Post 1st or 2nd class. 
International orders are shipped using Cyprus Post International Tracked and Signed.

SENDING AS A GIFT ?

We’d be happy to include a short hand-written note with your order, if it is being sent direct to the recipient, with no pricing information.

This website is operated by Aurora. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aurora. Aurora.com (the “Website”) is intended for sole use by those wishing to review, consider, purchase or otherwise engage in commercial transactions involving Aurora. By visiting our Website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Online Account Registation

Aurora offers online customers the ability to sign up for an online account for faster online checkout and the ability to view order history. Online account registration may be done via Aurora.com/account/login.

Intellectual Property

Aurora gift designs are the sole property of Aurora. Gifts may not be resold without written permission from Aurora. Gift designs may not be altered in any way and still presented as Aurora via social media, blogging or any other public forum.

Cyprus and International Shipping

Aurora ships only within Cyprus via the online shop. Aurora does not offer shipping to any other international locations at this time via the online shop.

Free Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, offers of "free shipping" throughout the Aurora website and across all social media accounts, refers to free shipping within the contiguous Cyprus territories and shipping destinations other than Cyprus are not entitled to free shipping. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Aurora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting. Your access or use of the Aurora.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Substitutions

We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit.

Product Packaging

On occasion, manufacturers may update their product packaging. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on Aurora.com. It is the responsibility of the client and guests of the client to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using a product. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.

Product Images

Aurora has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.

Return Policy

If for any reason you would like to return your items, simply contact us within 7 working days of receipt, to arrange their return. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 working days and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Hotel Delivery

While we do our best to communicate directly with the hotel on your behalf, we are not responsible for welcome gifts after they have been delivered and signed for by hotel personnel. It is the responsibility of the personnel of the hotel to notify the guest that there is a gift at the front desk and/or present the hotel guest with the gift. We do not offer refunds for packages not provided to hotel guests once the responsibility has been assumed by hotel personnel. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the hotel’s policies regarding welcome gifts and any associated fees that may apply. Aurora is not responsible for delivery welcome gifts to guest rooms.

Shipping

It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/delivery information.  Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order.  Be sure to include accurate shipping information including full name, street address, apartment #, suite #, zip code, etc. If possible, include recipients telephone number as well as your day-time telephone number.  If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, we will charge a re-delivery fee. If an item is forwarded by a carrier due to incorrect shipping information, an address correction fee is charged to us and in turn will be charged to you.

We cannot provide a refund on delivery or shipping charges. We are not responsible for packages unclaimed from carriers to include Travel Express, GAP Akis Express, ACS Courier, Fedex, DHL or other similar service. If packages are returned to us because they were unclaimed, we can arrange to have the gift sent to an alternate address for an additional shipping fee. We do not offer refunds because a package was not claimed by your recipient.

Courier drivers obtain signatures at their discretion unless a signature is specifically required by the sender. Packages might be left at the residence without obtaining a signature. Signature service is an additional charge. If you would like to request a signature for your package, please call us to arrange your order via email at unboxing.aurora@gmail.com. For orders over a certain euro amount, we may require a signature and will notify you accordingly.

Damages

We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with our shipper. We require an image of the damage to be emailed to us at info@aurora.com for our review. 

Marketing

Aurora reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert card inside each welcome gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media, industry blogs as well as the Aurora Blog.

Customizable Items

All customizable items (i.e. personalized gift tag or sticker templates, hand-made personalizations, custom printing) included as part of an order will be printed and/or created exactly as they are submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Aurora is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.

Changes to Pricing & Services

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
